His devotion to his family, friends, and his firm belief in God supported him and ultimately gave him peace. Walter was born to the late Louis and Edna Lee Carr Dinwiddie, Sr. on August 20,1967 in Forrest City Arkansas. He was immersed in the Christian community that would be his lifelong support from an early age. He graduated from Forrest City High School in 1986. Walter was blessed with a loving family. He married his best friend Juanita Lashay (Davis) Dinwiddie on August 18, 2007, in Forrest City Arkansas. Walter enjoyed fishing and rooting for his favorite NFL team the Denver Broncos. Walter also enjoyed partaking and participating in church activities including serving in capacity of deacon and supportive member at his home church Greater Mt. Olive Outreach Ministries. Walter truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends and family, snacking and spending time with his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Louis and Edna Lee Carr Dinwiddie, Sr. and two brothers: Billy Joe Carr and Louis Dinwiddie Jr. Walter is survived by wife, Juanita; daughter, Walnesha; grandchildren, Elliot Jr, Eli, Ellana, and Ellise; brothers, James Dinwiddie Sr., David Tyrone (Jacqueline) Moore, Bobby Phillips, Ernest Moore, and one sister, Christina Philips; 3 sisters in laws, Cassandra (Tommie, III) Rodgers, Kimberly Willis, and Kisha Pimelton; Mother-in-Law, Doris Jones, and God Parents, Emmanual and Henrene Hunter and a host of nieces and nephews.
