Elder Scott Logan Sr.

Elder Little Scott Logan, better known as “Straight Razor”, was born March 25, 1951 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Rose Mary Logan and Arizona Logan, both of whom preceded him in death. His wife, Missionary Mother Mary Lee Logan, and his daughter, Charline Angelina Logan, also preceded him in death, as well as two brothers—Aldoph Parker and James Parker. Elder Little Scott Logan gave his life to Christ under the fellowship of Super-intendent William Thomas of Bountiful Blessing COGIC in Forrest City, Ar-kansas. He later joined Empowerment for Life Christian Center, under the leadership of Pastor Alvin Coleman and then later under Pastor Reginald Everett. Elder Little Scott Logan began his career at the age of fourteen driving for the Coco Cola Plant in Forrest City, Arkansas for a couple of years. Then he worked for Willie Shaw driving trucks for many years. He worked for Bill Lilla Trucking Company, Land Star Trucking, JCB Trucking, Earl Woods Truck-ing, etc. He ended his truck driving career driving for Nox Trucking. He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters—Lisa Carruth of Wynne, Arkansas, Dianne Logan of Forrest City, Arkansas, and Bobbise Aldridge of Wynne, Arkansas; three sons—Scott Jr. (Sezer) Logan of Forrest City, Arkansas, Arizona (Patresa) Logan of Forrest City, Arkansas, and Tim (Lori) Warehouse; three aunts—Virgina Logan of Marion, Arkansas, Vickey Moore of Chicago, Illinois, and Mandy Parker of Forrest City, Arkansas; two uncles—Ricky Logan of Chicago, Illinois and Johnny Parker of Forrest City, Arkansas; four sisters—Debra (Larry) Slaughter of Forrest City, Arkansas, Anne (Frank) Cunningham of Memphis, Tennessee, Louretta Parker of Forrest City, Arkansas, and Melinda Parker of Forrest City, Arkansas; Brenda Smith of Parkin, AR; two brothers—Clark (Latricia) Winfield of Forrest City, Arkansas and Derrick (Darrel) Parker of Memphis, Tennessee; twenty two grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Elder Little Scott Logan will be truly missed by all his family and friends. We will miss his jokes, his laughs, his knowledgeable words, and his encouraging prayers and talks.
