She was the youngest of fifteen children. Rosie confessed her belief in Christ at an early age. During her teen years, she attended Lincoln High School in Forrest City, Arkansas. Rosie was a receptionist at East Arkansas Community College and later on pursed her Certified Nursing Assistant certificate. She was well known and loved by family and friends throughout Forrest City. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Theo Rodgers, Lou Bertha Love, Bertha LeShure, McKinley Rodgers, Richmond Rodgers, Roosevelt Rodgers, Ida Brooks, Dadis Rodgers, and son Keith Bernard Patrick. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her children: Clarence Rogers of Alaska, Jerry Rogers and Frank Patrick Jr. of Arkansas, Janice Patrick-Whitt (Robert) and Marsha Jimmerson of Ohio, Jacqueline Napier (Kenneth) of Maryland, Andre Patrick and LaShunda Patrick of Texas. She leaves 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
