God saw fit to take this angel home on Monday, July 5th, 2021. She gave her life and heart to God at an early age. She loved praising God and singing. Michelle was a complete joy to anyone who met her. She had a huge smile and an amazing personality. She had a heart for children, especially children with special needs. She was always attaching herself to a child whether it was her nieces and nephews or someone else’s child. Michelle truly embraced her calling to teach. She taught for approximately 10 years, most recently at CB Partee Elementary in the Brinkley School District. She was an amazing teacher and co-worker. She treated all children as if they were her own. Michelle was a creative soul. She loved to cook and she would get so excited watching people enjoy her cooking whether it was a family dinner, catering event or her passion for baking. She often said “I don’t know how much of this ingredient I put in anything, I just cook”. It was her gift. She expanded that gift into a business in 2020 which she appropriately named “From Michelle, With Love, LLC”. She enjoyed cooking for her family, clients and was excited for her business to flourish. Michelle enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed making people laugh and taking/sending selfies to her loved ones. She would often send a picture and say “just so you don’t forget how I look” or “I knew you needed this”. She was a very generous and loving soul. She showed everyone that she met how much she loved them. She was a pure giver. She gave from her heart. Michelle loved her parents, her 13 besties (siblings), her in-laws and all of her nieces/nephews with all of her heart and soul. She wanted the best for everyone and encouraged everyone with kind words. She loved to travel and she didn’t let anything stop her from doing what she wanted in life. Through health issues, she was resilient and lived a full life. Her life mattered. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, the late great Elder Nathanael Pendleton, Sr, her 4 grandparents: Andy & Bernice Pendleton and LC & Rosetta King and her niece Anelise Walker. Michelle leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother, Helen Pendleton of Palestine, AR, 13 siblings who will miss her greatly; Jacqueline Burgess (Leonard) of Forrest City, AR, Nathanael Pendleton, Jr of Forrest City, AR, Patricia Pendleton of Dallas, TX, Timothy Pendleton of Forrest City, AR, Priscilla Pendleton of Jonesboro, AR, Anthony Pendleton (Laquinta) of Palestine, AR, Thaddeus Pendleton of Forrest City, AR, Phillip Pendleton (Karen) of Dallas, TX, Helen Rolfe (Marc) of Jonesboro, AR, Marcus Pendleton (Krystle) of Dallas, TX, Lydia Henderson of Atlanta, GA, Gwendolyn Pendleton of Palestine, AR and Maurice Pendleton (Pamela) of Jonesboro, AR and Honorary Sister: Crystal Harris-Daniels of Forrest City, AR.
