Lee Otis Wright transitioned this life on June 16, 2022 in Forrest City, Arkansas surrounded by his wife and family. He accepted Christ into his life at an early age and was later baptized at Phil and Flo Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He joined United Christian Missionary Baptist Church. Lee Otis was a “Jack of All Trades” (Mr. Fix-It). He had a great sense of humor, he loved helping people, and he never met a stranger!!! He was the life of every situation. He was an all-around good guy who loved his family; especially his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was a 1986 graduate of Forrest City High School. He worked at Dillards Street Laundromat for 32 years until his health failed. He also worked for Times Herald and Clay’s Funeral Home. Lee is preceded in death by his father—Charlie Williams; two brothers—Randy and Jimmy Williams; and grandparents—Andrew Wright and Lee Ora Wright and James Williams and Lucy Ann Williams. Lee leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife—Shelia Wright; his lovely mother—Imagene Wright; two daughters; two stepdaughters; and one stepson—Kecia Wright of California, Bridgett Wright (Steve) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Michacanna (Myron) Flowers of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Cierra Blunt of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Thomas Blunt, Jr. of Maine; seven sisters—Mae Watson, Shirley Williams, Dianne (Eddie) Sanders, Delores (Sylvester) Mills, Marilyn (Elax) Tucker, Tiffany Munn all of Forrest City, Arkansas, Takenya Williams of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four brothers—Melvin (Ruby) Williams, Carl (Carol) Williams of Forrest City, Arkansas, Terencio (Traci) White of Kansas, Charles (Kimberly) Williams of Fayetteville, Arkansas; three grandchildren—Sy’riah Blunt, Steven Pierson, Jr., and Kaylan Blunt; one aunt—Emma (Leo) Goodwin of Forrest City; one uncle—Ocie (Margert) Williams of Madison, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
