Mr. Reginor G. Peacock

Reginor “Reg” Gene Peacock was welcomed into this world on December 21, 1955 to William C and Virginia (White) Peacock in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was the third of five children. Reginor graduated from Forrest City High School in 1974 and was so excited about being a committee member for the upcoming 2024 Class Reunion. Reg was a faithful member of Prosperity M. B. Church where he served as Trustee, Custodian, and Chairman of the Kitchen Committee. Reginor married Ruby Duff and lived many years in the Houston, TX area where he raised his family. Life’s changes found him returning to Forrest City where he worked with his brother’s plumbing business. Trucking was also a passion that he pursued for a short term. His hobbies included the love for horse riding, motorcycles, and CB Radios (his handle was “Running Water”). Each one held him in his happy place. Better known to most as “Reg” or “Charlie Brown” he was a true jokester who loved making everyone laugh. It was just his nature! The way he played and joked with family and friends will be remembered in our hearts always! In his most serious state Reg would do anything he could to make your life better. He was a good handyman and would assist whenever you asked. On Tuesday August 6, Reginor departed life to eternity surrounded by his beloved family at Baptist Health Medical Center, North Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his Parents and two daughters Mishikia and baby Virginia. Reginor leaves to treasure his memories and wonderful jokes (that will be repeated many times over) his children: Darron, Dezra, Kinon of Houston, TX, and Shiamayia (Andrew) of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren: Travez, Jasmine, Takirah, Samariyan, Kinon Jr, Davonte, Keylon, Nicholas, Aaliyah, Serenity, Aniya, and twins Adrielle and Adrianna; great grandbaby Kamarien. Special children that he welcomed as his own: Tyrone and Shacondra. Others who will cherish fond memories are his siblings: Cecil (Mable) of Forrest City, AR, Brenda of Wake Village, TX, Henry (Linda) of Forrest City, AR, Gwinda of Forrest City, AR; Aunt Wilma, Uncle James, and Uncle Sherman all of Forrest City, AR. Reginor leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins including those he had a close relationship with: Larry, Bobby Joe, Rene, and Nattie.
